The delays, sadly, may more likely highlight, that the results are not as good as hoped. (I still think some titbit may have gotten out and caused the drop last week, now maybe reversed, or bear trap?). Same for debt funding. JM has a poor track record of projections based on hope, a very bad guide when it comes to estimating costs and time.
