As I've said a hundred times here, delays are nothing unusual in business and particularly in mining. The best strategy is to set targets but not to chain yourself to any dates, as Marsh has repeatedly done. It also doesn't help that people here seize on these dates, take them as absolute gospel then bellyache when they are not met.

Not sure about you but in my business you would lose credibility as well as your job.
