Thanks KAChing. I've been pondering this for a while ... we're all pretty paranoid about a mega cap raise via issuing new shares etc. Some are paranoid to the point of hysteria. I get that, I've been here for a long time too! ... But if that's what we need to do, then that's what has to happen and the capital structure could be cleaned up down the track. As of end June 2022 there were 15,000 shareholders (would love more recent data) ... but 5,000 of them held unmarketable parcels. So let's omit them. That leaves 10,000 shareholders. If each of them coughed up $6,500 in a cap raise, that's $65 million ... which is what is required. Now of course, many wouldn't cough up .. but equally, others would cough up more than $6,500 if it meant that the company was going to absolutely raise the required capital and it could move forward. I know I would across my entities. Just a pondering ...
