I wouldn't be surprised to see fly ash on the banned list in the future as it's a carcinogenic product.
It contains crystalline silica which is a known cause of lung disease. In fact I'm amazed it's not already on the banned list of building materials in Australia.
I wouldn't be surprised to see fly ash on the banned list...
