Lol you sound desperate, There are cases already going through the courts re silicosis and other pulmonary conditions associated. As a known and documented carcinogen, continued use would fall into the category of companies being negligent and liable, There's also a registry set up for people with associated illnesses from exposure to fly and coal ash.
Remember asbestos and toxic fire retardants... I might just have to send a reminder to a few government health departments I'm sure they wouldn't want to be a part of the oncoming litigation processes knowing they also knew of it's dangers.
