The strike was two years ago and was specifically a rejection of the remuneration report. The remuneration report was reformed and the board and management have also changed.
I'd agree with you that communication to this point has been woeful. But my personal interpretation is that ADN's management has now moved past scattering chickenfeed news to retail shareholders and is focused on communicating and building relationships with clients, lenders and major investors. If that strategy is going to get the thing funded and into production then more power to their arm.
