Yes, shorts are not quite running for the hills but they are certainly headed there. At this rate, by the time the updated DFS and funding news appears they'll be back under 0.5%.
On the topic of the DFS, the US dollar has been in freefall this week. It's dropped 5 cents against the AUD and analysts reckon it's going to bottom out further. That lower rate will be doubled-edged sword for DFS pricing, purchasing plant items and obtaining foreign credit, if that's what they're seeking.
