Now I can see why we have a BOD that should be paid for their expertise and time. This type of operation demands only the best be employed to do the job and should be paid handsomely with a package of performance shares on a regular basis.
Also, I do believe it is appropriate to employ staff to manage the pit on the ground due to the sheer scale of the operation.
I can only imagine the state of operations with the plant and equipment with the associated costs.
Good luck to the Board of Directors, the employees and contractors as they build this mamoth operation.
