Absolutely. That is fair.
He communicated Mid, and Mid-Late Aug so anywhere before last week in August means he keeps his word. If we don't hear by end next week then it is late.
Having met the guy, and seeing his drive to get a seat at the table, I will bet my lefty on it....
He has agressive timelines, some here don't even believe production Oct 2024 is possible; but they're going for it.
