I'm pretty confident that he's the man for the job and there is nothing that I could offer in the way of suggestions other than, to put an emphasis on getting the DSO happening in the short term i.e. apply for DSO permits first up without waiting for dry processing applications.
Main motivation for that being my own 12 month investment strategy of cashing in half my shares for money I'll need next April.
I think though it would be good for the company as well, in a step by step growth and incremental rise in share price and company value.
