I wouldn't class hookers and blow as neccessarily 'blowing your cash'... thats a solid investment in a life experience right there!

It's the rash that comes and goes plus deviated septum that might plague you moving forward though. hahaha

If you still beleive in the cause, then you can always DCA along the way... personally Im waiting to see the details of the funding arrangement.

If its a 50 million raise at a 50/50 debt to equity raise at lets say 2c per share, then thats potentially another 1,250,000,000 shares added to the register... or 1/3 more by my back of th envelope calcs.

So, if we are sitting at a 70 mill MC now..... what would the SP be at a 500 mill MC after such a share dillution?
And is a 500 mill MC acheivable during the first year or so of production..or should we expect it to be higher?

These are the things to consider moving forward I guess....maybe best discussed over hookers and blow...
