I concede ur scenario is possible.but not probable.they’ll need to do a small raise in between to keep the lights on.it’ll b sold as we’re looking for the best funding deal in the world so we need more time.cash burn is horrendous and with everything they’re ordering I reckon they run out of cash end of year / early next year.can’t raise Dec/Jan no-one’s around so they go early.i reckon they planned on the DFS being better received and if so woulda gone then.
CR inside 60 days I reckon with talk of funding pushed back to next year first calendar quarter.
