If the water bleeds from the mix then they have to add more usually to compensate. Under normal circumstances and pours they can manage this without costly additives. So I think the market is reduced for specialised additives which would be deep mining operations and potentially deep footings of structures. Definately a market but just don't have a handle on how big. Always happy to be educated

the problem isn’t if it works … that’s secondary it’s if it works AND is cheaper than existing methods

I highly doubt it.
