You may be entirely right. The only thing missing from your prediction is whether you think as a result of (1)-(5) will get to ADN to production and, for investors, whether it will improve the SP beyond any CR discount.

For what its worth, NBSB was asked a direct question and gave a clear answer about consolidation. If your view is that its a lie regardless then the only reason to hold ADN shares is because you think the upside is there regardless of what they say.

The date of October 2024 should be Q4 2024 but the point that was made is that the question is not when shipments will be going out but when the underlying binding agreements are in full force and effect.

Lastly, I think we are all in agreement this year is it (one way or another).
