The amount of money that ADN can raise through steps 1-5 is way under $10 million. Whether consolidation happens or not.
This will not result in ADN getting to production.
To get to Stage 1A (50ktpa) about $80 million is needed, to get to Stage 1A+ (100ktpa) a bit over $100 million is required.
If they try to do a CR without announcing secured funding ie just for keeping the lights on than significantly more than 20% discount will be needed to convince anyone to buy.
