The contracted payment to Peninsular X is only upon a JORC 'Reserve' being outlined on the joint venture property (see Chairlift announcement)
The Chairlift deposit has only been measured as a JORC 'Resource' (a lower level of ore-body definition). (see Chairlift announcement).
Therefore no money or shares were owed to PX by ADN.
Therefore PX's acquisition recently of 20 - 30M shares must be from on-market purchases - like all the other clever people.
