To be clear.
I also agree with Bottle’s interpretation of what is the condition for issuing the shares in the JV agreement, where “ inferred” is not a trigger.
Based on the number of shares on issue before and after as pointed out by SOTT there was no new shares issued.
PX shares have been bought on the market, no need to announce issue of new shares.
I have a suspicion that in some way the money came from ADN.
We will see when the quarterly comes out and I would be happy to be proven wrong.
This is not the most important issue in current situation.
Funding and source of money to sustain operations are the critical issues.
