2% is roughly 68 million shares that Has to be traded, we haven't had a big trading day of 68 million for a while. We will Eventually get that trading day of 100 million sooner or later. An Announcement by Management Has to come one day regarding Finance for project, WE all know they do not have the money as IT shouldn't take this long with such a good resource told by management. Next, Quarterly, downpayment with Consolidation and CR included in agreement and last if All fails, the old conserve dollars and Care and Maintenace while Management decide the next move regarding Finance.
