That would explain a major class action of some ADN holders against one broker who pumped this beyond belief and want their money back.
Looks like there is a lot going on in the background with ADN and perhaps very soon we will have an announcement. Personally, I would feel more comfortable for the road to be upgraded and transport organised. We need news on the nuts and bolts, not some conquistador who shows an interest.
That would explain a major class action of some ADN holders...
