You are confusing the Implementation with the Sale.
...or in this case the Logistics with the Sale.
The "Sale" is the funds to get this to production and IMO the most important milestone.
i.e. funds are secured and the FID is signed off.
Sure, we can agree that there is some overlap of the two, but the more important focus is the money to get to production.
Logistics can be solved, and the upside with ADN is there is many more stages of the project allowing for increased profit.
It really doesn't matter if we have a quick and dirty logistics solution in the first year.
By then the message will be loud and clear ADN is in production and can optimise from there.
