To me 1A is done, and we are working on 1A+. A failure will be just 1A now, and Bob only gets a bonus on 1A+ (Sorry for the moving targets Bob)

Below are some of my notes. They are close to yours, but note that Foshan KRM is due in year 1, meaning that first year output of averages plus this mandatory 5kt year 1 KRM, causes 53.8kT. Make it even more complex in that Ibero may demand +2 CRM in the first year. We would then need to produce 55.8. Now we have ranges, so it is not a legal problem, another masterstroke from Bob.

From year 2, the 5kt KRM in no longer valid, but, the IberoClay BOA is ongoing, and they will accept up to 20kt, so hypothetically after year 1, we can add 12kT HRM, giving us an average output for year 2 at 53.8 - 5KRM + 12CRM = 60.8kT.
