I think the smart play would be to raise as much as possible at this inflated valuation ( $80m !!) put entire magic clay on ice and sell whatever is possible.
Then swap commodties to something hot so the management team can keep getting remunerated. the company could easily continue with its great asset ( shareholder registry ) and a new hot tenement to drill ( possibly WA uranium ? ) .
