All this talk of winding up and so forth, a country mile away from doing that, most similar companies in the past just keep raising at any price they can get in at, then when there are many billions on issue do a large 100/1 consolidation and then another low ball raise and off they go again, some do it for 20 years like ARE no cash, no hope but it pays the lifestyle wages for decades. At least we have a saleable product that just needs a third party with deep pockets.
There are always gullible retail long after the big boys have departed.
