The key difference is with CR or NRRI some get diluted. I'm lucky I have the cashflow so can possibly not get diluted, depending on the maximum. Equity I get diluted, though on the flipside I don't have to stump $ up. Other concern is the $ required. Not sure a CR would get enough $, so hybrid required, underwriter etc.
Agree Equity usually somewhere between current price and revaluation after equity pumped in. Still get it cheap but they take the risk.
