if you are using the phone app you can't put a poster on ignore who has blocked their profile
However there is a way around this using your phone
instead of using the phone app, log on to hc on a phone browser eg chrome or edge or whatever. then you can put the user on ignore by one of the settings in your own profile area. or something like that
that is how I do it for posters who block their profile from others
Again however another plea. Just don't reply to the pests even if you haven't put them in ignore. it just encourages them to post more
