Sharing some free insight, you can choose to take it or leave it. It's not advice and I won't be following up after this post

Does anyone here have any understanding of the time value of money or key investment measurements or even basic principles of investing, let alone speculating on micro-caps. From what I can see you have a tonne of holders who bought in to the hype in 2020/2021 based on hopes and prayers of a project that would begin production in a short space of time. This has not happened, instead you've achieved massive capital structure destruction and 3,000,000,000 shares on issue with little to show for it.

In general, the worst time to hold or buy into an explorer is after they have made a discovery (or realised a technology etc) and are transitioning into the next phase of development. At this point the speculators (Wombat, Mega and many more) who bought the stock when it was a shell/building/undervalued are liquidating their positions in to you (the volume). More volume comes in on the speculation and hype that "production" is just around the corner and obviously that is rarely ever achieved due to many factors. As such, most people buy in at a completely over-valued price and then watch the investment alpha collapse to where you're now down to 2.1c from ~30c, a 90% loss from peak. You would have been better off buying an index etf.

The 'buy low, sell high' cliche is a true, and when it comes to micro-caps that means buying well before any material event has occurred, when the market capitalisation is $5million, not $500million.

This is all from my own experience (which has been very successful), sitting on the other side of the trade, selling into an overvalue situation.
