Once mining and DSO is underway then the evidence is undeniable but until that happens it is dependant on how convincing/believable the presentations are. By delaying the scoping study, to incorporate the dry processing, the actual on the ground performance is also delayed hence puting any 12 month share price speculation less predictable.
Other factors are involved, such as JM's overseas meetings with clients which could reap positive results, offtake agreements for one, but the delay in on ground progress continuously reminds me of previous investments I've had that failed to reach goals despite potential.

Delaying production = delaying income = capital raising.
