Totally agree, I've raised this a few times earlier. I just figured that if its was being prepped for TO that some variables would be different, firstly shorts would likely be far far higher and secondly there would be larger holders in the Top 20 to facilitate it. We're still largely a retail register, most of whom are underwater and would hence be very reluctant to accept a low TO offer. The recent hire is a TO specialist so, like most, I have absolutely no idea. I just see the bickering in here with motivated parties as entirely pointless.
