The post above is a great example of why HC (and the internet generally) can't be relied on for investment info. Neither the company or BK has given a reason for his departure beyond "personal reasons". A couple of faceless people on Reddit claimed it's a death in the family. This rumour was accepted as fact, now someone else is ticking others off for questioning this unverified story.
Believe what there is evidence for and nothing else.
