Correct Whiddon. and why do a CR before securing Traxys? It was said at last presentation a few weeks back that both Traxys and Opaque have intent to convert to BOA.

Bob didn't dilute last year and he could have done that for fun, sheets and giggles, boosting the MC and $ in bank, but instead, he grabbed half million dollars worth of Andromedarians. Nope, he is smarter than that. Sure, if the months ahead don't meet expectations we will need to raise, but lets bring Traxys and Opaque over the line first. Then we can raise at 5c (or whatever increase these BOA's are worth).

Mick will have Mark on speed dial, and expediting final signing is in both their interest. This isn't just about Andromeda - Opaque and Traxys want our product, and they wanted first supply Q1 2025. The longer wait doesn't help anyone - Traxys, Opaque, Andromeda, nor me...
