When negotiating stuff like this 32 days is awesome when they've been working on it this long.

To put these sort of negatiaions into perspective I give the example where I had finance discussions with one of Australia's most prominent companies. Got all sorted in record time with their legal team, we felt very proud of ourselves, then found we had just hurdled legal team #1. Legal team #2 from another part of their business then stepped forward .

Still got it done in record time but what we thought would be relatively simple turned out a little more extended than our stakeholders expected.

Add in multiple parties and you get the drift why 32 days between updates is not abnormal. Frustrating for retail holders, but it happens.
