MrQ we unequivocally need the money, and we need to start planning now. Come September 30th we are out of cash, just look at the financials released at the last quarterly.

A raise takes 8-10 weeks from start to finish. This is definitely prepping for a raise IMO. They expected the BOA by now, and to be able to announce FID, then do a raise at higher prices. Instead our so called 'partner', Traxy's, is holding us over a barrel. We stupidly made it crystal clear the market that our project needs this BOA from Traxy's to get to FID on stage 1a, and we stupidly announced it to the world. Easy for Traxy's to let this play out and squeeze a much better deal from management when we are desperate, which is what we are now.
