What I would do If I was running the show, would form One company with suv and wak. Both companies are Struggling with Small market sales and costs. Mine raw product in South Australia and transport by rail to wa . Don't spend 100 million on a Mine in South Australia, instead Use that money to upgrade what is required at WAK location and plant.
Why Do you think Bunnings and Dan Murphys stores make such a good profit, because everything is there in one shop and staff are utilized Accordingly. Three Different Clay deposits trying to get Markets Themselves, One Company, one lot of Directors and Employees, Do the figures on what Savings could be Achieved?
Most Importantly what Profits could be Made, cannot pay High wages and costs in Australia without Working Smarter!
No doubt Current Directors would not be Happy, How Else can you make a profit paying Big Wages in Australia !
Would Say Shareholders would be Happy, but we Know IT is not about Shareholders.
