If funding was coming from TX it would have been announced with the BOA. It would have all been wrapped up in the same package (in my opinion).
Another sign is that TX were going to fund ADN before the FID. If this was still the case they would have provided ADN with enough capital to fund the environmental bond to immediately kick start site development.
Hasn't happened. Why? No idea.
Anyways the margin on producing the H-K product seems quite large so debt from elsewhere for this relatively tiny capex should be straightforward. Then a CR top up after a FID (and a resultant increased share price).
