Bob doesn't have to declare selling because he is no longer a Director and was never a holder of greater than 5%.
Obviously a CR (or placement) happening this year. Usually this prompts a selloff beforehand. Curiously though, in this particular instance, an announcement of a debt / equity plan - IF underwritten and IF meaningfully supported by Directors - would cause an instant rerate of the share price even before the CR actually took place.
Couple of 'IFs' there but the potential then is for a 10 cent Poochera Party.
