agree. that’s when you’d buy when it was derisked. in saying that it would be a trade only I reckon coz it will then go into an unloved phase as it gets built and sold off again.
then when it starts producing cash it goes back up.
thats if u believe it gets funded.
I reckon there’ll be a cr well before that time.
