    This silence is hard to take.
    If he has nothing to say then obviously there is nothing worthy of feeding back to the long suffering loyal shareholders.
    I just wonder how the large number of employees fill in their days and justify their wages.
    Maybe we have been led on and it is just a big con job !!
    Can somebody please give me a glimmer of hope.
