complaining that you don't think the current system is fair is one thing. suggesting and proving negligence, fraudulence or other unlawful activity is another. ASSIC are not interested in complaints about poorly skilled directors, short traders, or 'manipulators' of SP. none of that is illegal.
The last situation you want to be in is a small cap getting caught up in an investigation. That spells death.
