I've had the same feeling with ADN that I had for RXM, I know it's a completely different mine but same story, they had everything in place and only needed the funding to build the mine but it never came, instead it's being taken over, I think that's what ADN are hoping for, they don't want to go mining and I doubt the people in charge are capable of getting it to mine. Hope I'm wrong.
