We are talking industrial-scale machinery worth millions, not insuring your used Toyota. It is just not the same thing. For one, it has to be integrated with site insurance and public liability, so the production chain can only be covered up to its weakest link.
I encourage you to keep the ideas coming though, they do make me chuckle.
