Thanks. I recall similar. In my limited experience the Government doesn't have as much control over SA Water as they think. We've got a major residential project north of Adelaide (Riverlea by Walker Corporation) where they are trucking out the sewerage as SA Water hasn't put in the infrastructure. Quite unbelievable. I'd be certain the developer was told no problem to a sewer main connection when the project was being worked up. Talk's cheap
