First of all, those wages don't look cheap to me, and you haven't disclosed how much they get paid in Shares and Options. Am I under researched or you just don't understand the risk structure of small cap companies? Amazon was unprofitable for almost 20 years, should Jeff Bezos and the Amazon executive team have been paid a pittance during this time (because I'm pretty sure they weren't)?

The price for talent has to be high to attract them, and the market decides that, not you or me. If you have issues with their pay, take it up with the shareholders that approved that pay, then go complain to the industry as a whole for standardising those wages. Small Cap companies with risky projects are in the most need of expensive staff/talent, and mature companies less so, that's why there is such a discrepancy with pay vs performance.

If ADN becomes successful in the coming years, it'll make your comments here look ill-informed and rather moot, and if they're not successful, it'll be like any other risky project that didn't work out. There's no need to get emotional over the mechanics of these businesses.
