Thanks for getting back to me.
I don't know for sure that i am looking at the correct company but my quick google search brought up a company that has some cash on hand (well short of funding requirements) but a market cap similar to ADN.
I agree that it has some interest, but not the white knight needed to save this damsel in the current circumstances.
