Not sure if anyone has really canvassed this and not that I am trying to be a negative nancy, but what are the chances of ADN releasing the SS with a Capital raising combined announcement?
CR would be a timing thing and I know they have plenty of cash already, as well as cash coming in from the Oppies. I've seen some jokers carry on about the announcement being about a CR, and we all know it's about the SS, but what if they include the CR with SS??

I've seen it a few times on other companies I follow where a big expected result comes with a cost - a CR announced simulaneously, or a couple of weeks later.

It would make sense, and I'm not entirely against it, especially if it rewards those holders already on board if the record date was last week for example. That way we get rewarded and the band wagonneers would be chasing the stock upwards.

Any thoughts?
