Not sure why the article didn't link properly, but below is a screenshot. I think the article is a bit dramatic btw given it is inferring lithium ion batteries can be unsafe which is not the case because a lot of the 'battery EV explosions' you read about is idiots on the road (just like you get when you have idiots driving ICE vehicles at high speed and have an accident). But the premise around HPA is that it ensures it doesn't happen, unless obviously you drive like an idiot. The article has some other interesting data within it as well, some of which is similar to the data I was reading in my earlier embedded posts in my last post etc etc. All IMO.
