The chart indicates the SP was temporarily and massively mis-priced, it is now re-correcting to fair value. The market is right on an average consideration, not a single point in time. The gap at 2.4c will be filled IMO......because fundamentally nothing has changed from when the SP was 0.6c......they still have no mining permits, no binding off take agreements and not enough cash to get to the point of DSO.
As for the “blue sky potential” in regards to some how profiting from HPA......tell e’m their dreaming......you need to build a processing plant for that to happen.........they only cost around $400M to build.
