I am probably going to upset a lot of people here, but I agree with your last post. However
I only agree with what you have carefully stated, not what you have neglected to acknowledge, which is that ADN have a much quicker and clearer path to positive cash flow which could see them funding and developing the shortfall in HPA capacity by 2028 (that is if they haven’t identifed more profitable markets for their superior Halloysite properties). Meanwhile all but one of the HPA hopefuls will still be capital raising to keep their promoters in the manner to which they have become accustomed , Oh and possibly develop a reliable HPA from Kaolin plant before anybody else, that is if there is time between long lunches with predatory lenders.
Non core minerals is no place for the faint hearted.
