page 39 of the PFS, under the "Material Assumptions" Table, they discuss how the PFS is carried out under the assumption that the mining lease, licence and approval will be granted and that the decision to mine will be taken. However at current stage they do not have any approvals, mining lease, agreement with landowners and have not decided to mine yet.
"it is expected all necessary approvals and licences will be forthcoming" is under the assumptions table because it is an assumption of the PFS.
Just an FYI that this is project is still high risk. despite any favorable economic models.
I am not familiar with any of ADN's other projects.
