we could just look at REX Minerals i believe they waited 5 years to get there approvals, not abreast of all there issues but was once a shareholder back in the day. i would hope it wouldn't take this long to get up and running but they are digging up good farm land right by the township of pine point, and close to the ocean. on another note i added more yesterday to the pot.
