Can I respectfully ask why do you think that consolidation is on the cards?
It would change nothing as far as the amount of capital that can be raised through a CR as this is proportional to MC which doesn’t change with the consolidation.
It would do nothing as far as getting very small holdings out of the register.
While I may be wrong I don’t see a potential reason for consolidation.
